We have different types of clients. There is a once-off client, because they have just one issues to be handled. Our focus is to have a relationship with our clients, whether they have cases pending or not, and because of that we have what we call retainer clients, who retains our services, and can access our services as and when required. In a general sense one can become a client by contacting us and establishing a relationship with us.
